Coleman is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practitioner and facilitator with experience across government, nonprofit, and organizational settings. Coleman's background includes work with Monroe County’s Department of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, the Urban League of Rochester, and DePaul, supporting inclusive leadership, workforce development, and equitable workplace practices.

Currently, Coleman serves as an Employment Specialist with Heritage Christian Services, applying DEI principles through direct workforce engagement and collaboration with organizational teams. This role grounds their facilitation in real-time practice, connecting equity strategy to everyday employee experience.

Coleman brings a people-centered, reflective approach to training that emphasizes leadership behavior, authenticity, communication, and work style differences as key drivers of inclusion and belonging. Their work is also informed by a commitment to mental health awareness and suicide prevention, recognizing the role supportive leadership and psychological safety play in employee well-being.

Through facilitation and partnership, Coleman supports organizations in building cultures where diverse perspectives and ways of working are understood, valued, and integrated into how work gets done.
