Workshop Name: Legacy in Bloom – Coaching vs Teaching

Sustainability is the ultimate leadership challenge. It requires a shift from “managing the present” to “designing the future.” This 90-minute immersive workshop is designed for leaders at all stages whether it’s their first role as a leader to seasoned executives preparing their legacy.

We will explore the critical distinction between Teaching (transferring knowledge) and Coaching (cultivating wisdom), ensuring our leadership creates a “bloom” of talent that lasts for generations.
