Deborah Campbell serves as Director of Eleversity, a division of Heritage Christian Services, where she leverages over two decades of leadership experience in workforce development and disability services within the nonprofit sector. Her career encompasses progressive roles with increasing accountability, complemented by expertise in government human resources and training management.

Ms. Campbell is a trained facilitator who specializes in professional development and cultural humility training and the development of comprehensive diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives. Her commitment to organizational excellence is demonstrated through her consistent track record of achievement and her active participation on multiple boards of director and community events.

She holds a Master's degree in Strategic Leadership from Roberts Wesleyan College, which underpins her approach to creating inclusive environments and driving sustainable organizational change. Ms. Campbell's multifaceted experience positions her as a strategic leader dedicated to advancing equity and fostering professional development across diverse communities.
