2022 Series Sponsorship Levels

Sponsor support allows the cost of the events to remain affordable for participants and provides an opportunity to share your company’s information with more than 300 decision-makers from across Upstate New York. To become a sponsor, please fill out the sponsorship form here:

1. Employment First Sponsor – $25,000: Four (4) sponsorship available & includes:

• Agency/company listed as presenting sponsor on all events.
• Agency/company logo on all events, promotional materials and signage on website.
• Agency/company representative will have opening remarks and product or three-minute video presentation during the WOC Summit.
• Unlimited complimentary registrations at all events.
• 1 pre-summit promotional table talk.

2. Equity and Inclusion Sponsor – $15,000: Five (5) sponsorships available & includes:

• Agency/company logo on registration material, all promotional materials and signage.
• Agency/company two-minute video or PowerPoint banner displayed during exhibit timeframes.
• Up to 25 complimentary registrations at all events.

3. Business and Career Advancement Sponsor – $7,500: Ten (10) sponsorships available & includes:

• Agency/company logo on all events and all promotional materials and signage.
• Up to 10 complimentary registrations.
• PowerPoint slide displayed during exhibit timeframes.

4. Scholarships Sponsor – $5,000 (unlimited) :

• Support high school, college student, or target population scholarships to attend one identified event.
• Up to 15 scholarship registrations during summits and symposium.
• Agency/company logo on registration material and all promotional materials and signage.
• PowerPoint slide displayed during exhibit timeframes.

5. Education & Training Sponsor- $3,500 (unlimited):

• Sponsorship of Monthly Workforce Inclusion Roundtable Discussions.
• Agency/company logo on registration material and all promotional materials and signage.
• PowerPoint slide displayed during exhibit timeframes.
• Up to 5 complimentary series registrations.

6. Diversity Sponsor – $2,500: Twenty (20) sponsorships available & includes:

• Sponsorship of Monthly Workforce Inclusion Roundtables Discussions.
• Agency/company logo on registration material and all promotional materials and signage.
• Up to 5 complimentary one=day registrations.

7. Non-Profit Supporting Partner – $1,000: Twenty (20) sponsorships available & includes: (Does not include HMOs and Colleges/Universities)

• Agency/company name/logo on shared section and day-of program.
• Up to 5 complimentary registrations for event.
