2024 Series Sponsorship Levels

Sponsor support allows the cost of the events to remain affordable for participants and provides an opportunity to share your company’s information with more than 300 decision-makers from across Upstate New York. To become a sponsor, please fill out the sponsorship form here:

1. Employment First Sponsor – $25,000: Four (4) sponsorships available & includes:

• Agency/company listed as presenting sponsor on all events throughout 2024.
• Agency/company logo on all events, promotional materials and signage on website.
• Agency/company representative will have opening remarks and product or five-minute video presentation during one event (offered on a first come basis).
• Up to 20 complimentary bundle registrations for the virtual Women of Color Summit.
• Up to 10 tickets for the Women of Color Summit in-person kickoff event and NDEAM Symposium.
• One pre-summit promotional table talk.

2. Equity and Inclusion Sponsor – $15,000: Five (5) sponsorships available & includes:

• Agency/company logo on registration material, all promotional materials and signage.
• Agency/company two-minute video or PowerPoint banner displayed during exhibit timeframes.
• Up to 12 complimentary bundle registrations for the virtual Women of Color Summit.
• Eight tickets for the Women of Color in-person kickoff event and NDEAM Symposium.

3. Business and Career Advancement Sponsor – $10,000: Ten (10) sponsorships available & includes:

• Agency/company logo on all events and all promotional materials and signage.
• PowerPoint slide displayed during exhibit timeframes.
• Up to 10 complimentary bundle registrations for the virtual Women of Color Summit.
• Five tickets for the Women of Color Summit in-person kickoff event and  NDEAM Symposium,

4. Scholarships Sponsor – $5,000 (unlimited) :

• Lead sponsor for ColoRise Lunch and Learn focused on youth including high school and college students.
• Up to five complimentary bundle registrations for the virtual Women of Color Summit.
• Agency/company logo on registration material and all promotional materials and signage.
• Two complimentary tickets for the in-person Women of Color kickoff event and NDEAM Symposium.
• PowerPoint slide displayed during exhibit timeframes.

5. Education & Training Sponsor- $3,500 (unlimited):

• Agency/company logo on registration material and all promotional materials and signage.
• PowerPoint slide displayed during exhibit timeframes.
• Up to five complimentary bundle registrations for the virtual Women of Color Summit.
• Two tickets for the Women of Color Summit in-person kickoff event.
• Two tickets for in=person NDEAM Symposium.

6. Diversity Sponsor – $2,500: Twenty (20) sponsorships available & includes:

• Agency/company logo on registration material and all promotional materials and signage.
• Up to five complimentary bundle registrations for the virtual Women of Color Summit.
• One ticket for in-person Women of Color Summit and one ticket for NDEAM Symposium.

7. Non-Profit Supporting Partner – $1,500: Twenty (20) sponsorships available & includes:

• Agency/company name/logo on shared section and day-of program.
• Up to three complimentary bundle registrations for the virtual Women of Color Summit.
