At Eleversity, an educational services division of Heritage Christian Services, we are passionate about advancing employee upskilling and creating equitable workplaces. Professional development is a key driver of upward mobility, empowering individuals to reach their full potential and thrive in their careers. In 2024, our initiatives focused creating meaningful opportunities for growth, hosting monthly educational sessions that addressed belonging, equity and inclusion. Additionally, we organized two major summits tackling workplace barriers faced by many. These efforts reached attendees from a variety of backgrounds, impacting nearly 1,500 people across more than 300 organizations, reinforcing out commitment to building inclusive and thriving professional environments.

We are currently seeking partners who share our commitment and recognize the transformative impact of professional development, and upward mobility on employee performance and organizational success. By becoming a sponsor, you’ll not only help us achieve our goals, but also align your brand with values that drive meaningful change. Partnerships and sponsorships enable us to keep the cost of our events accessible for participants while advancing initiatives that empower individuals and create more equitable workplaces. Additionally, sponsors gain the opportunity to showcase their support to more than 500 leaders and decision-makers across New York State and beyond, amplifying their impact and visibility within a network dedicated to progress and innovation. Here are the four year-long programs we are running in 2025:

- ColoRISE Lunch and Learns offers education on relevant topics like technology advancements, equitable wealth building, workplace communication, career advancement, recruiting and retaining diverse employees, sponsorship, ally and mentorship, health equity and more.
- The Women of Color In-Person and Virtual Summit focuses on and prioritizes the voices and experiences of women of color, promoting equity, education and professional development. This summit brings women to together for collaboration through Allyship. This year’s theme is: A C.A.L.L. to Action: Commit, Assemble, Leverage, Lead.
- The October Right Talent Right Now: National Disability Employment Awareness Month Symposium commemorates the many contributions of people with disabilities to America’s workplaces. As we work to improve employment outcomes for all, we recognize there are also barriers for others from diverse backgrounds, socioeconomic circumstances and genders.
- Workforce Inclusion Roundtables are workshops for employers to provide useful strategies to improve employee workplace relationships and retention outcomes.

2025 Sponsorship Opportunities

1. Employment First Sponsor - $25,000: Four (4) sponsorships available &
includes:
• Agency/company listed as presenting sponsor on all events throughout 2025.
• Agency/company logo on all events, promotional materials and signage on
website.
• Agency/company representative will have opening remarks, products, or five-
minute video presentation.
• 30 complimentary tickets for the in – person kickoff of the Women of Color
Summit and NDEAM Symposium.
• 30 complimentary bundle registrations for the July 17 & July 24th virtual
Women of Color Summit
• One pre-summit promotional table talk.

2. Equity and Inclusion Sponsor - $15,000: Ten (10) sponsorships available &
includes:
• Agency/company logo on registration material, all promotional materials and
signage.
• 20 complimentary tickets for the in – person kickoff for the Women of Color
Summit and the NDEAM Symposium.
• 20 complimentary bundle registrations for the July 17th & July 24th virtual
Women of Color Summit.

3. Women of Color Summit – Elevating Women Sponsor - $10,000: Seven (7)
sponsorship available & includes:
• Agency/company logo on all events and all promotional materials and
signage.
• 10 complimentary tickets for the in – person kickoff Women of Color Summit
and NDEAM Symposium
• 10 complimentary bundle registrations for the July 17 & July 24th virtual
Women of Color Summit

4. Women of Color Summit – Aspiring Leader Sponsor - $5,000 Five (5)
sponsorships for college students available & includes:

7. Non-Profit Supporting Partner Sponsor - $1500: (5) sponsorships available &
includes:
