Stacy Bannister is an experienced educational leader, professional development facilitator, and DiSC® Certified Trainer with a strong background in leadership development, communication, and adult learning. She currently serves as the Associate Director of Learning and Professional Development at Heritage Christian Services, where she designs and delivers high-impact, interactive learning experiences that strengthen leadership capacity, improve workplace relationships, and support organizational effectiveness.

With over two decades of experience as a teacher, instructional coach, and professional development specialist, Stacy brings a learner-centered, practical approach to training. Her work focuses on helping individuals understand themselves and others, improve communication, navigate conflict, and build inclusive, respectful environments. She is known for creating engaging learning experiences that combine research-based practices with real-world application.

Stacy holds a Master of Science in Secondary Education and a Certificate in Media and Technology in Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Her facilitation style is collaborative, reflective, and interactive, empowering participants to translate insights from DiSC® into meaningful changes in leadership behavior and everyday workplace interactions.
